HuntersIntel started with 23 and a half years in the U.S. Navy — and a stack of harvest reports on the kitchen table. Every few years brought a new duty station, and with it a brand-new state to learn from scratch: different regulations, different units, a different draw system, and page after page of state PDFs to dig through before I could even figure out where to start.

The bucket list that started it

I did that research over and over, all across the country, for two decades. Somewhere along the way it turned into a goal I still chase: hunt all 50 states — and actually be successful doing it. HuntersIntel is the tool I wish I’d had the whole time: every state’s harvest data, draw odds, season dates, and unit maps in one place, so the homework takes minutes instead of nights.

Our mission

My goal is simple: put that same data in your hands, in one place, to help guide successful hunts in whatever state you’re chasing game. Hunting and the outdoors have always been the biggest passion in my life — and I built HuntersIntel to share it with you.

It’s independent, too. There’s no big company or outside investors deciding what gets built — just a hunter answering to other hunters. That’s why the season dates and license prices stay free for everyone, and why the full research suite costs a fraction of what the big platforms charge.
