Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HuntersIntel (“HuntersIntel,” “we,” “us”) is a hunting-research service operated by Another Day Outdoors LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HuntersIntel website and services at huntersintel.com(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service provides

HuntersIntel aggregates and presents hunting-related research information for Western U.S. states, including historical harvest statistics, draw-odds data, hunt-unit maps and boundaries, application deadlines, and a preference-point tracker. Some features are free; others require a paid Pro subscription. We source data from state wildlife agencies and other public records and take reasonable care to present it accurately, but we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

3. Not official regulations

The Service is a research and planning tool only. It is not a substitute for the official regulations, proclamations, deadlines, or licensing systems published by any state wildlife agency. You are solely responsible for confirming all rules, dates, license requirements, and legal boundaries with the relevant agency before hunting or applying for any draw. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service, including missed deadlines, denied applications, or citations.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

  • HuntersIntel Pro is offered on a recurring subscription basis at $9.99 per month or $99 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at huntingaddict@huntersintel.com and we will review your request in good faith.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export data from the Service without our written permission;
  • share your account or Pro access with others outside your household;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and the compilation and presentation of data, is owned by Another Day Outdoors LLC and protected by applicable law. Underlying public data remains the property of its original sources. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial hunting research.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that the data is accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Another Day Outdoors LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost hunting opportunities, missed deadlines, or denied applications. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, and we may discontinue features at our discretion.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
