This Privacy Policy explains how HuntersIntel, operated by Another Day Outdoors LLC (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use huntersintel.comand related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

• Account information — your email address and authentication details when you sign up or log in.
• Subscription & payment information — when you subscribe to Pro, our payment processor Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number; we retain only limited billing metadata (such as a customer ID and subscription status) needed to manage your account.
• Usage data — the units, states, and preference points you track and save, so we can provide those features to you.
• Technical data — standard log and device information (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you use the Service.

2. How we use your information

• to create and maintain your account and provide the Service;
• to process subscriptions, payments, and renewals;
• to save your tracked units and preference-point data;
• to respond to support requests and send service-related communications; and
• to secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. Service providers we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for account and app data.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent you from staying logged in.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

You may access or update your account information, cancel your subscription from your billing settings, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated to you directly.
