Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your HuntersIntel account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.
How to request deletion
Email us at huntingaddict@huntersintel.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account and data.” We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).
If you signed up with Facebook Login
The email deletion request above covers the data HuntersIntel holds. To also remove HuntersIntel’s access to your Facebook account:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find HuntersIntel in the list and select Remove.
Removing the app stops future access; emailing us as described above deletes the account and data we have already stored.
What we delete
- Your account and login credentials (including your Facebook or Google sign-in link).
- Your email address and profile information.
- Your saved data — tracked states and units, preference points, hit list, and preferences.
Limited billing metadata held by our payment processor (Stripe) may be retained where required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
